Stereolabs ZED-LINK-DUO (ACC-210000) GMSL2 Capture Card for NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano, Orin NX and AGX Orin with 4x Camera Inputs

The ZED-LINK-DUO is a four-input GMSL2 capture card from Stereolabs for NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano, Orin NX and AGX Orin developer kits. It captures four cameras in SD or HD, or two at 4K and 15 fps, with shutter-level sync, which suits multi-angle stereo setups on a single Jetson.

  • Up to 4x GMSL2 Cameras: Captures four ZED X or ZED X One cameras in SD or HD, or two at 4K and 15 fps, through one MAX96712.
  • Two Host Connections: Two 15-pin MIPI CSI connectors for Orin Nano and Orin NX kits, or a 120-pin Samtec connector for the AGX Orin.
  • Shutter-Level Synchronisation: Hardware sync across all inputs supports accurate point clouds and 3D mapping, with frame-sync input or output on the GPIO header.
  • 10 Gbps Total Bandwidth: A 10 Gbps total bandwidth lets the card carry several high-resolution streams at once for multi-angle or surround coverage.
  • 9 V to 19 V DC Input: A DC jack takes 9 V to 19 V for Orin Nano and Orin NX setups, and no external power is needed on AGX Orin.

ZED-LINK-DUO Overview

A robot with stereo cameras front and rear, or a cell that watches a workpiece from several angles, needs more than one camera on the same Jetson, captured in step. The ZED-LINK-DUO is the Stereolabs GMSL2 capture card for that middle ground, taking up to four ZED X or ZED X One cameras on NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano, Orin NX and AGX Orin developer kits.

A single MAX96712 deserialiser handles four GMSL2 inputs in SD or HD, or two at 4K and 15 fps, across 10 Gbps of total bandwidth. That covers four ZED-X-WIDE stereo cameras, two ZED-X-ONE-4K-WIDE cameras at 4K, or a mix such as a ZED-X-MINI-WIDE alongside ZED X One GS cameras. Stereolabs keeps shutter-level hardware synchronisation across the streams, which supports accurate point clouds and 3D mapping when the robot or scene is moving. A GPIO header carries the frame-sync line as an input in slave mode or an output in master mode.

The ZED-LINK-DUO has two ways into the host. Two 15-pin MIPI CSI connectors link to Orin Nano and Orin NX developer kits with Arducam 15-to-22 pin cables, and a 120-pin Samtec board-to-board connector mounts it on an AGX Orin developer kit; the two connections cannot be used at the same time. On Orin Nano and Orin NX, power comes from a 9 V to 19 V DC jack, while on AGX Orin no external power is needed. For one camera on a smaller build, the ZED-LINK-MONO is the single-input card, and the ZED-LINK-QUAD doubles the count to eight on AGX Orin.

The card is rated from -20 °C to 85 °C and its order code is ACC-210000. Cameras connect over optional GMSL2 FAKRA cables from 0.3 m to 15 m. We supply it tested with your Jetson developer kit, cameras and cables, with JetPack and the ZED SDK configured and the sync wiring checked before it ships.
