Stereolabs ZED-LINK-MONO (ACC-211000) GMSL2 Capture Card for NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano and Orin NX with 1x Camera Input and 4K at 15 fps

Lightweight robots, drones and small vision rigs often need one good camera on a Jetson Orin Nano or Orin NX, without the space for a larger interface board. The ZED-LINK-MONO is the Stereolabs answer: a single-input GMSL2 capture card with a low-profile, ultra-small design for space-constrained frames, aimed at single-camera edge AI and robotics deployments.

Capture runs through a MAX9296A deserialiser with up to 6 Gbps of bandwidth on one GMSL2 input, in SD, HD or 4K up to 15 fps, with low latency for time-critical tasks such as autonomous navigation. The card works with every ZED X and ZED X One model, from a ZED-X-WIDE stereo camera to a ZED-X-ONE-4K-WIDE for 4K capture or a ZED-X-ONE-GS-WIDE global shutter camera. It supplies 12 V Power over Coax to the camera, so one coaxial cable carries video and power, and the camera can sit up to 15 m away on optional GMSL2 FAKRA cables.

On the host side, the ZED-LINK-MONO uses a 22-pin MIPI CSI-2 connector and a 22-pin OPP side cable into the camera port of the Jetson Orin Nano or Orin NX developer kit, a direct link without intermediate conversion hardware. A six-pin GPIO header provides external trigger and hardware sync, with frame-sync output in master mode and frame-sync input in slave mode, so captures can be aligned with other sensors on the robot. For more cameras on the same Orin Nano or Orin NX, the ZED-LINK-DUO takes up to four.

The card is rated from -20 °C to 85 °C, which gives headroom inside warm robot and drone enclosures, and takes a 9 V to 14 V DC external supply on a two-pin connector. Its order code is ACC-211000.
