FCCSPC-7000-1145G7E Overview
Machine housings, kiosks and shallow control panels rarely leave room for a full-height box, yet they still need a proper Intel processor and industrial I/O. The SPC-7000-1145G7E is the Core i5 build of the Vecow SPC-7000 series, an ultra-compact embedded computer that fits a Tiger Lake processor into a fanless enclosure only 44.2 mm high.
The Intel Core i5-1145G7E is a quad-core 11th Gen Tiger Lake UP3 processor configurable at 12 W or 15 W TDP, with one DDR4 3200 MHz SO-DIMM slot for up to 32 GB. That is a good fit for PLC supervision, protocol conversion, data logging and HMI duties, where the Core i7 tier would add processor the job does not use. Intel Iris Xe graphics drive two DisplayPort outputs at up to 4096 x 2304.
Networking pairs an Intel I225-IT 2.5GbE port, which supports Time-Sensitive Networking, with an Intel I219LM GbE port with iAMT. Two RS-232/422/485 ports, two USB 3.1 and two USB 2.0 ports connect sensors and legacy devices, and storage runs to one SATA III port and an M.2 Key B 2260 socket. A nano SIM socket, M.2 Key B for 5G or 4G and M.2 Key E for Wi-Fi give the SPC-7000-1145G7E wireless options, and TPM 2.0 is fitted.
The SPC-7000-1145G7E takes 9 V to 55 V DC through a terminal block with 16-mode ignition control and runs from -40°C to 60°C at 15 W. It weighs 0.9 kg, mounts on a wall bracket as standard with DIN rail and VESA kits as options, and Vecow lists EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2 EMC compliance. For dual-display or vision work, the SPC-7000-1185G7E carries the Core i7-1185G7E in the same enclosure.

Within Vecow's compact range, the SPC-7100 series uses the same Tiger Lake processors in a taller heat-sink enclosure rated to 75°C, and the SPC-6000 moves to an Intel Atom x6425RE for lighter control duties.
