Winmate R15IT3S-GCC3(HB) 15″ G-WIN Front IP65 Panel PC with Intel Tiger Lake Core i5-1135G7 and MIL-STD-810G

A 15 inch touch screen on a production cart, a kiosk or a machine that shakes needs more than a sealed front. The R15IT3S-GCC3(HB) is Winmate’s 15 inch G-WIN front IP65 panel PC for those installs, with a 15″ 1024 x 768 PCAP multi-touch screen at 300 nits and 2000:1 contrast, a true flat edge-to-edge front and an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7.

The Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz, and a Core i5-1145G7 at up to 4.4 GHz is an option. Memory is DDR4 with 4 GB as standard and options to 32 GB. One M.2 M-key slot takes a 2242 SATA or 2280 NVMe SSD, 128 GB as standard and up to 4 TB on NVMe, with an optional SATA III drive up to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 available for the R15IT3S-GCC3(HB).

Connections are two RJ45 LAN ports on Intel Ethernet controllers, two USB 3.0 ports, one RS-232/422/485 port (RS-232 by default) with a second RS-232 port as an option, an optional HDMI output and two speakers. Within the Winmate range the R15IAD3S-GCC3(HB) is the same 15 inch G-WIN design with a Core i5-1235U, and the R15IT3S-67C3(HB) keeps this processor in a fully sealed IP67 housing.

Power is 12 V DC as standard, with a 9 to 36 V DC input as an option for wider-range DC supplies, and an AC adapter, power cable and quick start guide are supplied. The fanless aluminium housing runs from 0 to 50 °C, stores from -20 to 60 °C and is rated IP65 at the front. Winmate lists MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 Procedure I for shock and Method 514.6 Procedure I for vibration. It mounts on VESA or in a panel and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the R15IT3S-GCC3(HB) configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
