Winmate R15L100-VMC3(HB) 15″ Rugged Vehicle Monitor with Resistive Touch, Front IP65 and 10 to 60 V DC

A vehicle-mounted screen draws power from a battery system that swings with every start and load change. The R15L100-VMC3(HB) is Winmate’s 15 inch G-WIN VM vehicle monitor, with an isolated 10 to 60 V DC input, 5-wire resistive touch, front IP65 protection and a high-brightness panel option.

The 4:3 XGA panel runs at 1024 x 768 with a 2000:1 contrast ratio and 88 degree viewing angles in each direction. Brightness is 300 nits as standard, and Winmate offers a 1000 nit high-brightness panel for sunlight readability, while a built-in ambient light sensor helps the screen suit day and night shifts. The 5-wire resistive touch screen works with gloves, and protection glass without touch is an alternative.

VGA is the standard input with HDMI as an option, and touch connects over an optional USB type-A or RS-232 D-sub9 port. Power enters on a three-pin terminal block, and an ignition on/off control is optional so the monitor can follow the vehicle key. For defence vehicles the R19L100-MLA3 runs from -40 to 70 °C on 9 to 36 V DC, and the R15L100-STC3 offers the same 15 inch panel with resistive touch for fixed panel mounting.

The anti-corrosion aluminium housing measures 398 x 308 x 58 mm, weighs about 4.2 kg and mounts on 100 x 100 mm VESA or a yoke stand. It is fanless, operates from -10 to 55 °C, stores from -30 to 70 °C and is tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 514.6 for vibration, with Method 516.6 shock as an option. It carries CE and FCC marks.
