Antaira LMP-3228G-4X24S-bt 32-Port 10G Managed Rackmount Industrial Switches with 4x PoE++ (360W), 4x 10G SFP+, 24x SFP and Extended Temperature Options

Every fibre ring on a site eventually comes back to one cabinet or control room, and the switch there has to route between subnets, uplink at 10G and terminate a lot of fibre. It often has to power a few cameras or access points in the same room too. The Antaira LMP-3228G-4X24S-bt series brings those jobs together in one fanless 19-inch rack mount switch with 28 fibre slots and four PoE++ ports.

Both models share one design. There are 24 1G SFP slots and four 1G/2.5G/10G SFP+ slots, so fibre type, speed and reach follow the modules chosen, plus four 10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 ports with IEEE 802.3bt PoE++, which Antaira rates at up to 100 W per port, from a 360 W budget. Switching is store-and-forward on a 136 Gbps fabric with a 32K MAC table and a 32 Mbit buffer. Layer 3 routing covers static routes, OSPFv2/v3, RIPv2, RIPng and VRRPv2/v3, and ITU-T G.8032 ERPS recovers a ring in under 50 ms. PoE management includes power budget protection, PoE alive check, scheduling and Antaira’s Persistent PoE, and security covers RADIUS, TACACS+, 802.1X, ACLs and IP source guard.

Choose by temperature. The LMP-3228G-4X24S-bt is the standard build, rated -10 °C to 65 °C for heated control rooms and comms cabinets. The LMP-3228G-4X24S-bt-T is the extended temperature build, rated -40 °C to 75 °C for unheated equipment rooms and outdoor cabinets. Where no PoE is needed, the Antaira LMX-3228G-4X24S series offers the same fibre layout.

Antaira names power and utility, water and wastewater, oil, gas and mining, factory automation, security surveillance and ITS as typical applications for the LMP-3228G-4X24S-bt series. Each case is tested for shock to IEC 60068-2-27, vibration to IEC 60068-2-6 and free fall to IEC 60068-2-32, with storage from -40 °C to 85 °C and 5% to 95% non-condensing humidity. Power arrives on 48 to 55 V DC redundant inputs, the switch draws 35 W before PoE loads, and Antaira quotes an MTBF of 69,654 hours to Telcordia SR-332. The series carries FCC and CE marks, is TAA and NDAA compliant and comes with Antaira’s 5-year warranty, and we can pre-configure routing, VLANs and ring settings before it ships.
