Winmate S101NT 10.1″ Edge AI Rugged Tablet with NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano 8GB

The S101NT is Winmate's 10.1 inch edge AI rugged tablet, built around an NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano 8GB module with up to 40 TOPS and JetPack 6.2. It pairs an 800 nit bonded touch screen with front and rear cameras, a hot-swappable battery and an IP65 enclosure tested to MIL-STD-810H, for AI inference in the field.

S101NT Overview

Running AI models in the field usually means a laptop, a camera and a cable, or a link back to a server that may not be there. The S101NT is Winmate’s 10.1 inch edge AI rugged tablet that puts the model on the device, with an NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano 8GB module, built-in cameras and an IP65 enclosure tested to MIL-STD-810H.

The Jetson Orin Nano 8GB module delivers up to 40 TOPS of AI performance, with 8 GB of memory on the module, and the S101NT runs JetPack 6.2. Storage is a 128 GB SSD with options up to 2 TB, plus a microSDXC slot. The 10.1″ screen shows 1920 x 1200 at 800 nits with optical bonding, anti-glare treatment and PCAP multi-touch that supports hand, rain, stylus and glove modes. A 2MP front camera, an 8MP rear camera and light, G-sensor and gyro sensors give AI applications local inputs.

Connections are a Gigabit LAN port, a USB 3.0 Type-A port and a USB 3.0 Type-C port with Power Delivery input, plus a 19-pin docking connector and an optional expansion connector for USB 3.0 or UART add-ons. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS/GLONASS are standard, with optional 4G or 5G and an optional 1D/2D barcode reader. The S101NT-ALPR bundles a licence plate recognition camera kit, and the S101MT is a 10.1 inch Windows tablet with an Intel Core Ultra 5 125U and NPU.

The S101NT is IP65 rated, fan cooled and operates from -20 °C to 60 °C, with shock and vibration tested to MIL-STD-810H and drop tested from 4 ft. It has a hot-swappable battery with a larger battery optional, TPM 2.0, and desk and vehicle docks as options.
