Antaira LNP-0500G-bt-24-T 5-Port Gigabit Unmanaged PoE++ Switch with 4x PoE++ (180W), 12-55V DC Input and -40 to 75 °C

High-power PoE devices are not always installed beside a 48 V supply: many field and control cabinets run from 12 or 24 V DC. The LNP-0500G-bt-24-T is the extended temperature model in the Antaira LNP-0500G-bt-24 series: a five-port Gigabit industrial unmanaged PoE++ switch that accepts 12 to 55 V DC and delivers IEEE 802.3bt power to four devices, rated for unheated outdoor cabinets on surveillance, ITS traffic and oil and gas projects.

Four 10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 ports deliver IEEE 802.3bt PoE++ at up to 90 W per port and stay compatible with 802.3af and 802.3at devices, and a fifth 10/100/1000Base-T port carries the uplink. Port priority runs from port one down to port four, and a DIP switch turns PoE on or off by port. Switching is unmanaged and store-and-forward on a 10 Gbps backplane, with an 8K MAC address table, a 1 Mbit packet buffer and 10 KB jumbo frames, so there is nothing to set up.

Power arrives on redundant 12 to 55 V DC inputs on a removable 6-contact terminal block. The PoE budget depends on input voltage: Antaira gives 180 W from a 24 to 55 V DC supply and 90 W from 12 V DC, so a 12 V system can typically run one or two full-power devices. The switch itself draws 5 W, with reverse polarity and overload current protection built in, and one relay output rated 24 V DC at 1 A gives a power failure warning. For a fixed 48 V DC cabinet, the LNP-0500G-bt-T is the matching model.

The LNP-0500G-bt-24-T runs fanless from -40 °C to 75 °C in an IP30 metal case, with DIN-rail and wall mounting included, and is tested to IEC 60068-2-27 shock and IEC 60068-2-6 vibration. Antaira lists it as UL 61010-1 certified, with FCC and CE marks and RoHS compliance, and covers it with Antaira’s 5-year warranty. The LNP-0500G-bt-24 is the standard temperature model, and the LNP-0500G-24-T offers 30 W PoE+ on a 12 to 36 V DC input.
