Cookies and analytics
We use Cookiebot to ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link. - Professional advisers and authorities: where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Some of our service providers and manufacturing partners are outside the USA, for example in the United States, the European Union and Taiwan. Where we transfer personal data outside the USA, we rely on USA adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the USA International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
We store your personal data exclusively for the purpose for which you have disclosed it. The duration of the storage is based on the legal requirements.
Your rights
Under USA data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to how we use it (including for direct marketing), ask for it to be transferred, and withdraw consent at any time.
Contact us using the details above and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), though we would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.
Keeping data secure
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organizational measures, and access to our systems is limited to staff who need it.
