Antaira LNP-1202G-SFP 12-Port Gigabit Unmanaged Industrial PoE Switches with 8x PoE+ (240W), 2x SFP and Extended Temperature Options

A camera or access point cabinet often ends up with three boxes: a PoE injector, a copper switch and a media converter for the fiber run home. The Antaira LNP-1202G-SFP series puts all three jobs in one unmanaged industrial PoE switch on a DIN rail, with eight PoE+ ports, two data-only Gigabit RJ45 ports and two SFP slots for the uplink. That means fewer parts to mount, wire and power, and fewer devices to fail on a site that may be hard to reach.

Every LNP-1202G-SFP shares the same design. The eight 10/100/1000Base-T(X) PoE+ ports follow IEEE 802.3at at up to 30 W per port, and the two dual-rate 100/1000 SFP slots take whichever transceiver suits the fiber type and distance. Switching is store-and-forward on a 24 Gbps fabric with an 8K MAC table and 9.6 KB jumbo frames, with nothing to configure. Power arrives on redundant 48 to 55 V DC inputs on a 6-pin terminal block, and the PoE budget follows the supply: 200 W at 48 V DC and 240 W at 55 V DC. A relay output warns of a power failure, and reverse polarity, overload current, EFT and ESD protection are built in.

The series comes in two temperature grades. The LNP-1202G-SFP is the standard build, rated -10 °C to 70 °C for heated or indoor cabinets on a production floor or in a plant room. The LNP-1202G-SFP-T is the extended temperature build, rated -40 °C to 75 °C for unheated enclosures where frost and summer heat both reach the electronics. Where the cabinet needs four fiber uplinks rather than two, the LNP-1204G-SFP series is the nearest Antaira alternative, and the LNX-1202G-SFP series keeps the same port layout for sites where no device needs PoE.

Both models sit in an IP30 metal case for DIN rail or wall mounting, with shock and vibration ratings to IEC 60068-2-27 and IEC 60068-2-6. Antaira lists the LNP-1202G-SFP series as UL Class 1 Division 2 and UL 61010-1 certified, with FCC, CE and RoHS marks, which makes it a good fit for hazardous-location cabinets as well as general industrial and security networks.
