Arestech PPC-S1064PW 10.1″ WXGA PCAP Industrial HMI Panel PC with Intel Celeron J6412 and Stainless Front IP66/IP69K

Food and beverage processing, hospitality and catering, pharmaceutical equipment, animal feed production and chemical plants share one habit: the operator panel is cleaned hard and often. The PPC-S1064PW is the projected capacitive configuration in the Arestech PPC-S1064 series: a 10.1 inch fanless industrial HMI panel PC with a true flat 304 stainless steel front panel sealed to IP66 and IP69K and an SECC steel back cover. Projected capacitive touch gives a light, bare-finger response across the 10.1″ screen.

The Intel Celeron J6412 runs at up to 2.60 GHz and takes two DDR4-3200 SO-DIMMs for up to 32 GB, which typically suits a single HMI, recipe or status application running full time. Security is firmware TPM (fTPM), and Windows 11 IoT or Professional and Linux are supported. The WXGA LCD runs at 1280 x 800 (16:10) with 500 nits, 800:1 contrast and 170° horizontal and vertical viewing angles.

On the bottom edge are two GbE ports on Intel I211-AT, two HDMI 2.0 outputs up to 4096 x 2160, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports and a line-out, with two RS-232/422/485 ports optional. Storage is a 2.5-inch SSD bay plus an M.2 2280 M-Key socket with PCIe x2 or SATA, and a Mini-PCIe socket with a SIM slot takes an optional 4G LTE or Wi-Fi module. The PPC-S1064RW is the same build with 5-wire resistive touch, and the PPC-S1012PW pairs the same front with the Core i5-1235U and 2.5GbE.

Power is 12 to 36 V DC on a two-pin terminal block with AT/ATX modes. The PPC-S1064PW operates from -20 °C to 60 °C, is tested to IEC 60068-2-64 vibration and IEC 60068-2-27 shock, and carries CE and FCC Class A marks. The IP66/IP69K rating applies to the front panel, with 316 stainless optional, so it suits a panel cut-out or VESA mount where the rear stays dry; the TPM-S3310PW-A1 is the matching stainless-front touch monitor. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested for USA food, pharmaceutical and chemical sites.
