Arestech PPC-Z1564 15" Stainless Steel Panel PCs with Intel Celeron J6412 and IP66/IP69K

In chemical critical environments a terminal often has to stay sealed against spray and cleaning agents while it runs one monitoring or control screen all day. The Arestech PPC-Z1564 series is built for that routine: 15 inch stainless steel panel PCs in SUS304 stainless steel, with SUS316L as an option, a flat front that is easy to clean and full-system IP66/IP69K sealing, with every external connection on an M12 connector.

Every PPC-Z1564 panel PC shares the same build. The Intel Celeron J6412 runs at up to 2.6 GHz on dual-channel DDR4 3200 for up to 32 GB, with an internal SSD bay and an M.2 2280 M-Key socket with PCIe x2 or SATA, which is usually plenty for a single HMI or monitoring application. Networking is two GbE ports on Intel I210-AT controllers, alongside two RS-232/422/485 ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 port and two USB 2.0 ports, all on M12 connectors. The 15″ XGA display runs at 1024 x 768 (4:3) with 350 nits, 2500:1 contrast and 176° horizontal and vertical viewing angles.

The PPC-Z1564 series offers two touch options. The PPC-Z1564P has projected capacitive touch with a 7 Mohs surface and 90% transparency, which wipes clean easily, and the PPC-Z1564R has 5-wire resistive touch, which responds to pressure and so usually works through gloves. Both touch versions share the same flat stainless front, so the choice usually comes down to whether operators wear gloves at the screen.

Power is 12 to 36 V DC on an M12 connector with AT and ATX modes, with an optional Super Cap UPS. The PPC-Z1564 panel PCs operate from -10 °C to 60 °C at 10 to 95% humidity, are tested to IEC 60068-2-64 vibration and IEC 60068-2-27 shock, and carry CE and FCC Class A marks. They run Windows 11 IoT or Professional or Linux, mount on VESA, a yoke or a wall with optional kits, and take optional wireless modules in a Mini-PCIe socket with a SIM slot.
