Arestech PPC-Z1912R 19″ Resistive Stainless Steel Panel PC with Intel Core i5-1235U, Dual 2.5GbE and IP66/IP69K

Pharmaceutical equipment often carries a larger HMI, where batch screens, alarms and trends need to be read at a glance in a room cleaned to a strict routine. The PPC-Z1912R is the 5-wire resistive build in the Arestech PPC-Z1912 series: a 19 inch stainless steel panel PC sealed to IP66 and IP69K as a whole system, with a flat front and touch that responds to pressure, so it usually works through gloves.

The Intel Core i5-1235U runs at up to 4.4 GHz, with the Core i3-1215UE as an option, on dual-channel DDR4 3200 across two SO-DIMM sockets for up to 64 GB. That suits HMI and SCADA clients with several windows open, on Windows 11 IoT or Professional or Linux. Storage is an internal SSD bay with SATA RAID 0/1 plus an M.2 2280 M-Key socket with PCIe Gen 4 x4 or SATA, with firmware TPM and an optional TPM 2.0 module. The 19″ SXGA display runs at 1280 x 1024 (5:4) with 350 nits, 1000:1 contrast and 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angles.

Every external connection is on a sealed M12 connector: two 2.5GbE ports on Intel I226-V controllers, two RS-232/422/485 ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 port and two USB 2.0 ports. A full-size Mini-PCIe socket with a SIM slot and an M.2 2230 E-Key socket take optional wireless modules. The PPC-Z1912P is the same build with projected capacitive touch, and the PPC-Z1964R pairs the same screen and sealing with the Celeron J6412 for lighter workloads.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC on M12 with AT and ATX modes. The PPC-Z1912R runs from -10 °C to 60 °C at 10 to 95% humidity, is tested to IEC 60068-2-64 vibration and 15 G IEC 60068-2-27 shock, and carries CE and FCC Class A marks. SUS316L is an option to the standard SUS304 where the cleaning regime calls for it, and VESA, yoke and wall mounting use optional kits. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before it ships.
