Arestech PPC-Z1964P 19″ PCAP Stainless Steel Panel PC with Intel Celeron J6412, M12 I/O and IP66/IP69K

A larger screen gives line-side operators in food processing and animal feed production room for a full mimic of the process, on a unit that is washed down with the line. The PPC-Z1964P is the projected capacitive build in the Arestech PPC-Z1964 series: a 19 inch stainless steel panel PC sealed to IP66 and IP69K as a whole system, with a flat front and 7 Mohs PCAP glass that wipes clean.

The Intel Celeron J6412 runs at up to 2.6 GHz on dual-channel DDR4 3200 across two SO-DIMM sockets for up to 32 GB, which is usually plenty for one HMI application, data entry or a monitoring screen on Windows 11 IoT or Professional or Linux. Storage is an internal SSD bay plus an M.2 2280 M-Key socket with PCIe x2 or SATA, with firmware TPM. The 19″ SXGA display runs at 1280 x 1024 (5:4) with 350 nits, 1000:1 contrast and 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angles.

Every external connection is on a sealed M12 connector: two GbE ports on Intel I210-AT controllers, two RS-232/422/485 ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 port and two USB 2.0 ports. A full-size Mini-PCIe socket with a SIM slot takes an optional Wi-Fi module. The PPC-Z1964R is the same build with 5-wire resistive touch, and the PPC-Z1912P pairs the same screen and sealing with the Core i5-1235U where more compute is needed.

Power is 12 to 36 V DC on M12 with AT and ATX modes, plus an optional Super Cap UPS. The PPC-Z1964P runs from -10 °C to 60 °C at 10 to 95% humidity, is tested to IEC 60068-2-64 vibration and 15 G IEC 60068-2-27 shock, and carries CE and FCC Class A marks. SUS316L is an option to the standard SUS304 where the cleaning regime calls for it, and VESA, yoke and wall mounting use optional kits. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before it ships.
