ASRock Industrial iEP-7041E-022 Intel Arrow Lake Core Ultra 5 225H DIN-Rail Embedded PC with Five LAN Ports and Wi-Fi

Where a cabinet bridges several networks, such as machine controllers, cameras, a plant network and an uplink, three ports can run out quickly. The ASRock Industrial iEP-7041E-022 is the 5LAN-WIFI build of the iEP-7041E series, adding two Intel I210-AT Gigabit ports to the three 2.5GbE ports, so this fanless DIN-rail embedded PC gives each network its own link, with optional Wi-Fi as well.

The Intel Core Ultra 5 225H is a 14-core Arrow Lake-H processor rated at 28 W, with Intel Arc graphics and an integrated NPU for dedicated AI acceleration, so the iEP-7041E-022 can run edge AI inference next to control, logging or HMI software. Two DDR5 5600 SO-DIMM sockets take up to 96 GB with Intel In-Band ECC, and an M.2 2280 Key M socket on PCIe Gen4 takes NVMe storage. ASRock Industrial supports Windows 11 and Linux.

The two extra Gigabit ports come from a two-port LAN module that ASRock Industrial fits in the M.2 Key B socket, alongside three Intel I226-IT ports at up to 2.5 Gbps. The rest of the I/O covers one HDMI 2.0b and one VGA output, three USB 3.2 Gen 2 and one USB 2.0 port, three RS-232/422/485 ports, 4DI/4DO on a D-sub connector, and line-out and mic-in audio. An M.2 Key E socket takes an optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module, and a watchdog timer, Intel In-Band Manageability and TPM 2.0 are built in.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC, with an optional 120 W adapter, on two three-pin terminal blocks for redundant feeds, with over-voltage, under-voltage and over-current protection plus 80 V surge protection. The iEP-7041E-022 runs fanless from -25 °C to 50 °C with airflow, is tested to 5 Grms vibration and 100 G shock, and carries CE and FCC Class A marks. Mounting is wall or DIN rail. We supply it configured and tested, with memory, NVMe storage and the OS image fitted. The iEP-7041E-023 swaps Wi-Fi for a 5G option, and the iEP-7040E-022 is the same five-LAN build with a Core Ultra 7 255H.
