Avalue ARC-10W00 10.1″ PCAP Industrial Touch Monitor with 350 Nit WXGA LCD and Front IP65 Bezel

Small machines and control cabinets often have room for a 10 inch screen and not much more, yet the operator still expects phone-style touch and a front that survives cleaning. The ARC-10W00 is Avalue’s 10.1 inch industrial touch monitor for that job, with 10-point PCAP touch, a WXGA LCD and an IP65 front panel. It has no built-in computer, so it pairs with the PC or controller already on the machine.

The panel is a 16:10 LCD at 1280 x 800 with an LED backlight, 350 nits and an 800:1 contrast ratio, and it is readable across 170° horizontally and vertically. The projected capacitive touch layer supports up to ten touch points with 88% light transmission, which suits HMI software built for tap, swipe and pinch gestures.

Video arrives over one HDMI 1.4a and one DisplayPort 1.2 input, both with HDCP 1.3, plus a 15-pin VGA input, so the ARC-10W00 can sit on a current industrial PC or an older controller with only VGA. Touch returns to the host on a USB Type-B port, and two 5 W speakers are built in. An optional bi-directional Wi-Fi 6 module can carry the image and USB touch signal instead of cables. Where more screen area is needed, the ARC-1200 offers a 600 nit 12.1 inch 4:3 panel and the ARC-15W00 a 15.6 inch widescreen.

Power is 12 V DC through a DC jack, with an optional 9 to 36 V DC input on a Phoenix connector, and a 100 to 240 V AC 60 W adapter is supplied. The fanless monitor operates from -10 to 50 °C at up to 95% humidity at 40 °C, non-condensing. It is shock-tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 at 20 G and vibration-tested to IEC 60068-2-64 at 1.5 Grms from 5 to 500 Hz, and it carries CE and FCC Class A marks. It measures 282.3 x 201 x 61.4 mm and weighs 2 kg, and it ships with a panel mount kit, with wall, stand and 75 x 75 or 100 x 100 mm VESA mounting as alternatives.
