Axiomtek eBOX626A-EL-C1 Intel Celeron J6412 Elkhart Lake Fanless Low-Profile Embedded Computer with 2.5GbE and 3x COM

Upgrading an old industrial PC often runs into the same problem: the new computer is too tall for the space, and the site still has a VGA monitor and several serial devices that nobody wants to replace. The eBOX626A-EL-C1 addresses both. It is a low-profile embedded computer from Axiomtek, 46 mm tall, that keeps VGA and three COM ports alongside modern 2.5GbE networking.

The Intel Celeron J6412 is a quad-core Elkhart Lake processor at 2.0 GHz within 10 W, with one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM slot taking up to 32GB and TPM 2.0 on board. That suits HMI software, data collection, kiosk applications and protocol conversion. The low-profile embedded computer supports Windows 10 IoT, Windows 11 IoT and Linux.

Networking pairs an Intel I226-LM 2.5GbE port with an Intel I210-AT GbE port. Display output is a lockable HDMI 1.4b port and a VGA port, for two screens. Serial covers one RS-232/422/485 port and two RS-232 ports, and there are four USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports on the rear and two USB 2.0 ports on the front, plus audio line-out. The eBOX626A-EL-C1 has a front-access 2.5 inch SATA bay up to 9.5 mm, an mSATA option, a full-size internal Mini Card slot with SIM and an M.2 2230 Key E slot for Wi-Fi, with four antenna openings. An ATX/AT quick switch and a remote power switch connector simplify cabinet installs.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC on a Phoenix-type connector. The eBOX626A-EL-C1 runs fanless from -20 to 60 °C with wide-temperature SSD and DRAM, is tested to IEC 60068-2-27 shock and IEC 60068-2-64 vibration, and carries CE, FCC Class A and UKCA marking, with optional wall, DIN-rail and VESA kits. Where 2.5GbE on every port matters more than VGA, the eBOX100A series is the newer compact option.
