Axiomtek GOT821A-TGL-WCD 21.5″ IP66/IP69K Stainless Steel Panel PC with Intel Core i5-1145G7E and Full HD Touch

A line overview in a food plant has to be read from a distance and touched by several people, and it is cleaned with the rest of the line. The GOT821A-TGL-WCD is Axiomtek’s 21.5 inch stainless steel panel PC, with an Intel Core i5-1145G7E, a 1920 x 1080 projected capacitive touch screen and a full SUS 304 enclosure sealed to IP66 and IP69K.

The Intel Core i5-1145G7E has one 260-pin DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM socket for up to 32 GB and a 2.5 inch SATA SSD bay, with TPM 2.0 on board, which suits HMI, SCADA and production dashboard software, with Windows 10 or 11 and Windows 10 IoT / 11 IoT as optional installs. The display is an FHD LCD at 1920 x 1080 with 400 nits and 178° viewing angles, which keeps a busy overview legible across a room. Projected capacitive multi-touch sits behind a flat bezel with no ledge for residue to gather.

Every external connection is sealed: one M12 X-coded 2.5GbE port on an Intel I225 controller with Wake-on-LAN and PXE, four M12 A-coded USB 2.0 ports and two M12 A-coded RS-232/422/485 ports, with TSN support on the LAN. An M.2 Key E 2230 slot takes an optional Wi-Fi kit, and side-mounted buttons handle backlight, brightness and power, with optional proximity and light sensors. The GOT818A-TGL-WCD is the 18.5 inch model with the same resolution, and the GOT815A-TGL-WCD is the 15.6 inch model for compact stations.

Power is 12 to 24 V DC on an M12 A-coded connector, at 78.7 W. The GOT821A-TGL-WCD is fanless, operates from -20 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 95% humidity and is rated NEMA 4X for water, dust and corrosion, with SUS 316 stainless steel as an option. It carries CE and FCC Class A marks and meets EN 61000-6-2 and EN 61000-6-4, with C1D2 listed as an option. It measures 552 x 338.4 x 55 mm, weighs 9.0 kg and mounts on VESA 100.
