DFI RPP051-TCD-1365URE Intel Core i7-1365URE (Raptor Lake) Pico-ITX Single Board Computer with 2.5GbE and -40 to 85 °C

Roadside units, outdoor camera controllers and equipment in unheated buildings can face nights at -40 °C and high enclosure temperatures in summer. The RPP051-TCD-1365URE is the extended temperature Core i7 build of the DFI RPP051 series: a 2.5″ Pico-ITX single board computer rated from -40 to 85 °C, fanless on a 100 x 72 mm board.

The Intel Core i7-1365URE has ten cores and 12 threads at a 15 W TDP, running from 1.7 GHz up to 4.9 GHz, the same clocks as the Core i7-1365UE in the standard build but rated for the extended range. Intel Iris Xe graphics decodes AV1, HEVC, VP9, AVC and MJPEG in hardware, which suits edge video analytics, and Intel AMT supports remote management of boards in hard-to-reach cabinets. One DDR5 SO-DIMM socket takes up to 32 GB at 4800 MHz.

For remote sites, the M.2 B-key socket with nano SIM takes a 4G or 5G modem and the E-key socket Wi-Fi, alongside the Intel I226IT 2.5GbE port. Cameras and sensors connect over two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, two internal USB 2.0 ports, an RS-232/422/485 port and 8-bit DIO. DP++ at up to 4096 x 2304 at 60 Hz and eDP at up to 4096 x 2160 drive a local display where one is fitted, and a second B-key socket takes PCIe x2 or SATA storage.

Power is 12 V DC on a terminal block, with passive heatsink cooling. The board supports Windows 11, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 64-bit and Linux, with TPM 2.0, a programmable watchdog and CE, FCC, UKCA, KC and RoHS compliance. The RPP051-TCD-1345URE offers the same ten cores at a lower clock across the same range, and the RPP051-BTD-1365UE suits indoor designs rated from -5 to 65 °C.
