Giada D614-U1-120U Intel Raptor Lake Refresh Core 5 120U Digital Signage Media Player with 2.5GbE and DDR5

Video walls, multi-zone menu boards and campus screens often combine several 4K feeds with frequent content updates over the network. The Giada D614-U1-120U is the Core 5 120U build of the D614-U1 series, the D614 chassis with DDR5-5200 memory and a 2.5GbE port. The D614-U1-100U is the six-core Core 3 100U build, and the D614-120U pairs this processor with DDR4 memory and GbE.

The Intel Core 5 120U is a Core Series 1 (Raptor Lake-U Refresh) processor with ten cores, 12 threads and 15 W base power. Intel Graphics supports DirectX 12.1, OpenGL 4.6 and OpenCL 3.0 and decodes 8K HEVC, VP9 and SCC content at 60 fps in hardware. Two DDR5-5200 SO-DIMM slots take up to 96 GB, and an M-Key M.2 2280 slot with PCIe 4.0 x4 holds the SSD.

The four HDMI outputs each run at up to 4096 x 2304 at 60 Hz; as an optional factory build, two of them give way to a DP1.4 output at up to 7680 x 4320. One 2.5GbE RJ45 port runs on an Intel i226-V controller. The rest of the I/O is a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A port, two USB 2.0 ports, an RS232 port and a headset jack. Wi-Fi through the E-Key M.2 slot and 4G or 5G through the B-Key slot with SIM are both optional.

The D614-U1-120U takes 19 V DC, runs from 0 °C to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity (non-condensing) and carries CE, FCC Class B and UKCA marks. A watchdog timer, auto power on and RTC wake scheduling are built in, TPM 2.0 is optional, and an optional VESA kit mounts it behind a screen. We supply it with memory, storage and a Windows 11 or Linux image installed and tested before it ships.
