Giada F109D-N97 Intel Alder Lake-N N97 Fanless Embedded PC with Triple 4K Display Support

Signage players often sit behind a screen or inside a kiosk where nobody checks on them for months, so a fan is one more part that can clog with dust. The Giada F109D-N97 is a fanless embedded PC built around the Intel Processor N97, with triple 4K display output for menu boards, retail screens, reception walls and wayfinding. It belongs to the F109D series, alongside the F109D-N150 and F109D-N100, which share the same chassis and I/O with a different Intel N-series processor.

The N97 is a Alder Lake-N processor with four cores and four threads at a 12 W TDP, paired with Intel UHD Graphics. On the F109D-N97 that graphics engine drives one DisplayPort and two HDMI outputs at up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz, so one player can run three screens. Memory is one DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM slot taking up to 16 GB, storage is an M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD slot with optional 32 or 64 GB onboard eMMC, and TPM 2.0 is optional where your content management system needs it.

Two Realtek Gigabit Ethernet ports let you keep the content network apart from a local display or control network. There are two USB 3.2 Gen2 and four USB 2.0 ports for touch overlays, cameras and keyboards, two RS232 ports on DB9 for screen control or serial peripherals, plus mic-in and audio-out. An M.2 E-Key slot takes an optional Wi-Fi 5 or Wi-Fi 6 module with Bluetooth, and an M.2 B-Key slot with a SIM socket takes an optional 4G module for sites without a wired connection.

The F109D-N97 runs from 0 °C to 45 °C with 0.7 m/s airflow and up to 95% non-condensing humidity, from a 19 V DC adapter, with watchdog and auto power-on for unattended restarts. Giada lists CE, FCC Class B and UKCA, and an optional VESA kit mounts it behind a display. Supported operating systems are Windows 11, Ubuntu Linux and ChromeOS Flex. We supply it with memory, storage and a Windows 11 or Linux image installed and tested before it ships.
