Giada N601-125H Intel Meteor Lake Core Ultra 5 125H NPU Embedded PC with Thunderbolt 4 and 2.5GbE

A video wall controller or a busy kiosk has to decode content, drive several screens and, more and more often, run an AI model at the same time. The Giada N601-125H is the middle build of the N601 series for that balance, an NPU embedded PC using the Intel Core Ultra 5 125H from the Core Ultra (Meteor Lake) family.

The Core Ultra 5 125H has 14 cores and 18 threads at 28 W base power, with integrated Intel Arc graphics and an Intel AI Boost NPU that can take inference off the CPU cores. Memory is up to 96 GB of DDR5-5600 across two SO-DIMM sockets. The N601-125U uses the 15 W Core Ultra 5 125U where lower power matters more, and the N601-155H moves to the 16-core Core Ultra 7 155H.

Two M.2 2280 M-Key sockets, one PCIe 4.0 x4 and one PCIe 4.0 x1, take NVMe drives for the system and for local media. HDMI at 4096 x 2304, DisplayPort 1.4 at up to 7680 x 4320 and Thunderbolt 4 support four 4K screens or two 8K screens. USB covers one Type-C 3.2 Gen2, one USB 3.2 Gen2 and two USB 3.2 Gen1 ports, and networking is a single 2.5GbE port on an Intel i226-V. An M.2 E-Key slot accepts an optional Wi-Fi card up to Wi-Fi 6E, and TPM is optional.

The N601-125H is cooled by a smart fan, runs from the supplied 19 V DC adapter, and is rated from 0 °C to 45 °C at up to 95% humidity, non-condensing, with CE, FCC Class B and UKCA marks.
