Premio VIO-W215R-PC100-EHL 15.6″ Resistive Touch Industrial Panel PC with Intel Celeron J6413 and IP65 Front

Where operators wear gloves or use a stylus, the touch screen has to register pressure, and the computer behind it has to sit in a cabinet door with no fan. The VIO-W215R-PC100-EHL is the 5-wire resistive touch configuration in the Premio VIO-W215-PC100-EHL series: a 15.6 inch fanless industrial panel PC on the Intel Celeron J6413 with an IP65 die-cast aluminum front.

The quad-core Celeron J6413 runs at up to 3.0 GHz with one DDR4 SO-DIMM socket for up to 32 GB, and supports Windows 10, Windows 11 and Linux. A removable 2.5 inch SATA bay, an mSATA socket and two M.2 sockets let the OS and logged data sit on separate drives. The 15.6 inch Full HD LCD at 1920 x 1080 runs at 400 nits with 700:1 contrast; a fine 0.179 mm pixel pitch keeps text and trend lines sharp when read at arm’s length. 5-wire resistive touch registers pressure rather than capacitance, so it works with gloves or a stylus.

One GbE port on Intel I210 and one 2.5 GbE port on Intel I225 can keep machine and plant networks apart. Six RS-232/422/485 ports, eight isolated digital inputs and outputs, two internal CAN headers and four USB ports connect controllers and sensors directly, and DisplayPort 1.2 drives a second screen, with HDMI as an option. A full-size Mini PCIe socket and two external SIM sockets leave room for wireless modules. The VIO-W215C-PC100-EHL is the same build with projected capacitive touch, and the VIO-W215R-PC100-EHL-1E adds a PCIe x4 slot and a Universal I/O Bracket.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC on a protected 3-pin terminal block. The VIO-W215R-PC100-EHL is fanless, operates from -10 °C to 60 °C and carries CE and FCC Class A marks. It measures 398 x 247 x 70.7 mm, weighs 6.42 kg and needs a 389.5 x 238.5 mm cut-out in walls up to 10.5 mm thick, mounting with the supplied panel mount kit or 75 x 75 and 100 x 100 mm VESA, with an optional DIN-rail kit.
