FCCECX-3025 Overview
Rail and road vehicles increasingly carry more cameras and networked devices than a four-port computer can serve. The ECX-3025 answers with nine LAN ports: eight 2.5GbE, four of them PoE+, plus a GbE port. It is the nine-LAN fanless industrial PC in the Vecow ECX-3000 series, built on 12th Gen Intel Core with EN 50155 EMC listings.
The ECX-3025 runs 12th Gen Intel Core i9, i7, i5 and i3 Alder Lake-S processors on the Intel R680E chipset, up to the 16-core Core i9-12900E at 65 W TDP, with two DDR4 3200 MHz SO-DIMMs for up to 64 GB, ECC or non-ECC. Intel UHD Graphics 770 drives four independent displays over two DisplayPort, DVI-I and HDMI, and vPro, TSN and TPM 2.0 support remote management, deterministic networking and secure boot.
Networking on the ECX-3025 is nine ports: eight Intel I225 2.5GbE ports, four of them IEEE 802.3at PoE+ at 25.5 W, plus an Intel I219LM GbE port with iAMT. Storage sits inside on an M.2 Key M PCIe x4 socket or mSATA. Six USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, two COM ports, 16 isolated DIO, a Mini PCIe socket, M.2 Key B and Key E sockets and two external SIM sockets cover field I/O and 4G, 5G or Wi-Fi modules.
The industrial PC runs on 9 V to 50 V DC through a terminal block or 4-pin Mini-DIN, with 16-mode software ignition control for vehicle installs. Fanless operation is rated from -40 °C to 70 °C, with IEC 60068 shock and vibration testing and EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2 EMC listings. The 260 x 175 x 79 mm, 3.8 kg Vecow chassis wall-mounts, with DIN-rail and 2U rack kits optional. For removable drives, see the ECX-3025R.
