Winmate FM10Q9 10.4″ IP65 Android Vehicle Mount Computer with Qualcomm QCS6490 and MIL-STD-810H

On a forklift or fleet vehicle the computer has to ride out vibration, run from the truck supply and keep working when it is lifted out of its dock. The FM10Q9 is Winmate’s 10.4 inch vehicle mount computer for forklift and fleet operations: a 10.4″ Android tablet with a Qualcomm QCS6490 and a docking station, rated IP65 and built for warehouse and logistics work.

The QCS6490 is an octa-core processor at up to 2.7 GHz, with 8 GB of memory, 128 GB of storage and a Micro SD slot. Android 15 is installed, and Winmate lists SOTI MobiControl compliance for fleet device management. The 1024 x 768 PCAP display gives 400 nits as standard with 800 nits as an option, 1200:1 contrast and hand, stylus and glove touch modes. Six function keys can be programmed with Winmate’s Winset utility, and a G-sensor, a temperature sensor and a 2MP front camera are built in.

Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS/GLONASS are built in, with 4G or 5G as options on a dual nano-SIM slot. The tablet has a USB 3.0 Type-C port, and the dock adds one Gigabit LAN port, two COM ports, a DB9 connector carrying two USB 2.0 ports, a CANbus or audio port and two speakers. The FM12Q9 is the 12.1 inch model with the same QCS6490, and the FM14Q9 is the 14 inch model with a 700 nit optically bonded 1920 x 1080 screen.

The dock takes 10 to 60 V DC with ignition control, and a 7.6 V UPS battery keeps the tablet running for at least 30 minutes between docks. The FM10Q9 operates from -30 to 60 °C, is rated IP65 and IK07 to EN 62262, and is tested to MIL-STD-810H Method 516.8 for shock and Method 514.8 for vibration. The front panel is field replaceable to keep service costs down, RAM and VESA mounting are supported, an 84 W adapter comes with it, and it carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
