Winmate IBMH100 Intel Atom E3845 Fanless Box PC

Plenty of automation cells still run software validated years ago, and replacing the computer is easier when the new one matches the old processor class. The IBMH100 is Winmate’s fanless M Series box PC with an Intel Atom E3845, dual Gigabit LAN and a swappable drive bay in a quiet, dust-resistant metal housing.

The Atom E3845 is a quad-core processor at 1.91 GHz, with two DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMM slots holding 4 GB as standard and 8 GB as an option. That typically suits HMI clients, data collection and IoT gateway tasks. Storage is a 128 GB mSATA SSD, with an optional 2.5″ SSD of up to 512 GB in a swappable bay that needs no tools. TPM 1.2 is on board, and Windows IoT Enterprise or Windows Embedded are the listed operating systems.

The IBMH100 has two Gigabit Ethernet ports on Intel controllers, four USB 2.0 ports, one RS-232/422/485 port (RS-232 by default), and line-in and line-out audio. HDMI 1.4 and VGA outputs are both optional, and the box detects a connected display without any settings. A half-size mini PCIe slot takes an optional Wi-Fi module. Within the Winmate range the ITMH100 is the M Series box PC with an 11th Gen Core i5-1135G7 and a PCIe slot, and the IE32SB3-101 is a slim fanless box PC with an Elkhart Lake Celeron N6211 and 2.5GbE.

Power is 12 to 24 V DC on a three-pin terminal block, with an AC adapter supplied. The fanless housing runs from 0 to 50 °C and sits on a desk. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the IBMH100 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
