Winmate ITMH200 Intel Core i5-1135G7 Industrial Embedded Computer with 9 to 29V DC

Local storage still matters on many sites, whether for recipe data, quality records or video kept on the line rather than in the cloud. The ITMH200 is Winmate’s fanless industrial box PC for that, with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7, an NVMe SSD and two swappable 2.5″ drive bays in a quiet, dust-resistant housing.

The Core i5-1135G7 runs at up to 4.2 GHz with Intel Iris Xe graphics. Memory sits in two DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM slots, two 4 GB modules as standard with 16 or 32 GB as options, which typically covers HMI, SCADA clients and database work together. Storage is an NVMe SSD on an M.2 2280 M-key slot, 128 to 512 GB, plus two optional 2.5″ SSDs of 256 to 512 GB in swappable bays that need no tools. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04.

The ITMH200 has two Gigabit Ethernet ports on Intel I211-AT and I219-LM controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, two RS-232/422/485 ports (RS-232 by default) and an audio combo jack. DisplayPort 1.4 is standard and HDMI 2.0 is optional, and an M.2 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi. Within the Winmate range the ITMH100 uses the same Core i5-1135G7 in a box PC with a PCIe x16 slot and mini PCIe for add-in cards, and the ITMH100-6L adds six Gigabit LAN ports to that design.

Power is 9 to 29 V DC on a three-pin terminal block, with an AC adapter supplied. The fanless housing runs from 0 to 50 °C and is designed for table mounting. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the ITMH200 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
