Small machines and instrument panels often have room for a screen the size of a paperback, yet it still has to be readable under bright factory lighting. The R05T100-OFD1HB is Winmate’s 5.7 inch open frame monitor for that job: a 640 x 480 VGA display at 900 nits in a compact metal housing with an aluminum bezel, built to sit behind a panel or on a VESA mount.
The panel shows 262K colors with a 300:1 contrast ratio and viewing angles of 140° horizontally and 100° vertically. Winmate calls it a high brightness display, and 900 nits gives it clear headroom over standard panels in well-lit areas. Touch is an option: specify resistive touch, which works with gloves and a stylus, or plain protection glass where the screen only shows status.
Video comes in over one VGA input, with HDMI and DVI inputs as options, so the monitor pairs with PLCs, controllers and small industrial PCs. One USB port serves the touch screen, a five-key OSD panel handles settings, and an optional 3.5 mm audio line-in drives two optional speakers. For a larger bright screen the R08T200-OFT1HB offers 8.4 inches at 1000 nits, and the W07T700-OFO1HB gives a 7 inch widescreen at 1000 nits.
Power is 12 V DC, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter and power cord supplied. The R05T100-OFD1HB is fanless, operates from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% non-condensing humidity and stores from -10 to 60 °C. It measures 168.4 x 132.8 x 38.6 mm and fits VESA or panel mounting. Winmate names industrial visualization, control rooms and equipment monitoring as target applications.
