Winmate R06IAN3S-OFA1 6.5″ Open Frame Panel PC with Quad-Core Intel N150 and Resistive Touch

OEMs building their own machine enclosure often want the display and computer as one module. The R06IAN3S-OFA1 is Winmate’s 6.5 inch open frame panel PC: a fanless Intel Processor N150 computer behind a 6.5″ 640 x 480 display, intended for machine control, factory automation and operator HMI.

The Intel Processor N150 is a four-core Twin Lake processor with 6 MB cache at up to 3.6 GHz, which typically suits HMI software and machine control in a fanless design. One DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM socket holds 8 GB as standard with 16 GB as an option. Storage is a 128 GB NVMe SSD with options to 2 TB, or an optional 2.5″ SATA III drive up to 2 TB where no NVMe SSD is fitted. TPM 2.0 is on board. The 6.5″ panel runs at 700 nits with 600:1 contrast, with resistive touch or protection glass as options.

Two 2.5GbE ports can separate machine and plant networks, and two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports take scanners and keyboards. A USB-C port (USB 3.2 Gen 2) supports DisplayPort Alt Mode for a second screen, and HDMI 2.0b is optional. One RS-232/422/485 port and one RS-232 port link PLCs and serial instruments, two speakers are built in, and an M.2 2230 E-key slot takes an optional Wi-Fi module. The R06L200-OFA1 is the 6.5 inch open frame monitor with no computer inside, and the R06IAN3S-IPA1 puts the same computer behind a front IP65 bezel.

Power is 12 V DC on a DC jack, and it comes with a 50 W AC adapter. The R06IAN3S-OFA1 is fanless, operates from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity non-condensing and carries CE and FCC marks. Open frame mounting is standard, with panel and VESA mounting as options. We supply it configured, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Ubuntu 24.04 installed, and tested before dispatch.
