Winmate R10IAN3S-PPT2 10.4″ Panel Mount HMI with Quad-Core Intel N150 and PCAP Touch

Many HMI projects still run 4:3 screens because the operator pages were drawn for them, and a 10.4 inch panel keeps those layouts intact. The R10IAN3S-PPT2 is Winmate’s 10.4 inch PP Series HMI panel PC: a 10.4″ 1024 x 768 projected capacitive multi-touch screen with a front IP65 rating, a quad-core Intel Processor N150 and two 2.5GbE ports in a fanless metal housing. Winmate aims it at machine control, factory automation and operator HMI.

The Intel Processor N150 has four cores running at up to 3.6 GHz, with Intel Graphics and TPM 2.0 on board, enough for HMI runtimes and kiosk software without a fan. One DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM socket takes up to 16 GB. Storage is a 128 GB SSD as standard, and a SATA III 2.5″ drive can be fitted as an option where no NVMe SSD is present. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 24.04 can be supplied.

Two 2.5GbE RJ45 ports sit on Intel controllers. USB covers two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode, and an HDMI 2.0b output is optional. One RS-232/422/485 port and one RS-232 port link PLCs, barcode scanners and serial instruments, two speakers handle alerts, and an M.2 2230 E-key slot takes an optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module. A brightness knob, power and reset buttons and LED indicators sit on the unit.

Power is 12 V DC on a DC jack, and a 12 V 50 W AC adapter is supplied. Mounting clips and VESA screws are supplied, with panel mount as standard and VESA mounting as an option. The unit runs from 0 °C to 50 °C and carries CE and FCC marks. Within the Winmate range, the R10IAD3S-PPT2 is the same 10.4 inch PP housing with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5 for heavier software, and the R10IAN3S-PMT2 pairs the N150 with resistive touch. We supply the R10IAN3S-PPT2 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
