Winmate R10IP7T-CHA1WT 10.4″ Chassis Panel PC with Intel Pentium N4200 and Wide Temperature

Where there is no cabinet to build into and the site is unheated, a wide temperature chassis panel PC on a VESA arm or wall bracket keeps the screen and computer together. The R10IP7T-CHA1WT is Winmate’s 10.4 inch wide temperature chassis panel PC: a 10.4″ SVGA display and an Intel Pentium N4200 computer in one chassis for VESA arms, walls and desk stands.

The Intel Pentium N4200 (Apollo Lake) runs at 1.1 GHz with bursts to 2.5 GHz, a good fit for HMI software, line status displays and data entry. Two DDR3L SO-DIMM sockets run dual-channel up to 16 GB, and a 128 GB SSD sits on an M.2 2242 B-key slot, with two optional 2.5″ SATA III bays that support RAID. The 10.4″ panel is 800 x 600 at 400 nits with 700:1 contrast, with resistive touch or protection glass as options. Windows or Linux Ubuntu 20.04 can be supplied.

Two Gigabit Ethernet ports on Intel controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and one RS-232/422/485 plus one RS-232 port cover PLCs, scanners and serial instruments. DisplayPort 1.2 is standard for a second screen, with HDMI 1.4 or VGA as options, alongside mic-in, line-out and two speakers. A PCIe 2.0 x1 slot takes a fieldbus or I/O card, and an M.2 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Within the Winmate range the R10IAN3S-CHA1WT is the 10.4 inch chassis design with a newer Intel N150, and the R10IE3S-CHA1WT is the wide temperature chassis build with an Intel Celeron N6211 and 2.5GbE.

Power is 12 V DC on a four-pin DIN connector, and it comes with a 50 W AC adapter and power cord. It operates from -20 °C to 60 °C, with storage from -25 °C to 65 °C and 30 to 90% humidity, non-condensing. The R10IP7T-CHA1WT comes with VESA screws for arms, wall brackets and desk stands. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
