Winmate R12IE3S-IPM2WT 12.1″ Front IP65 Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211 and Wide Temperature

Operator screens in unheated buildings and loading bays need a front that wipes clean and electronics that cope with cold mornings. The R12IE3S-IPM2WT is Winmate’s 12.1 inch wide temperature front IP65 panel PC: a 12.1″ XGA display and an Intel Celeron N6211 computer in a metal housing that fits a cabinet door or console cut-out.

The Intel Celeron N6211 (Elkhart Lake) runs at up to 3.0 GHz, which suits HMI software, data entry and machine status screens. One DDR4 SO-DIMM socket is fitted with 4 GB, with 8 or 16 GB as options, and a 128 GB SSD sits on an M.2 2242 B-key slot, with larger SSDs and an optional 2.5″ SATA III bay. The 12.1″ panel is 1024 x 768 at 500 nits with 1000:1 contrast, with resistive touch or plain protection glass as options. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied.

Two 2.5GbE RJ45 ports on Intel Ethernet controllers can keep the control network apart from the plant network, and two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports take scanners and service drives. One RS-232/422/485 port and one RS-232 port link PLCs and serial instruments, an optional HDMI 2.0 output drives a second screen, and two speakers handle alarms. An M.2 2230 E-key slot takes an optional Wi-Fi module. Within the Winmate range the R12IAN3S-IPM2WT is the same wide temperature front IP65 design with an Intel N150, and the R12IP7T-IPM2WT is the wide temperature front IP65 build with an Intel Pentium N4200, dual SO-DIMMs and a PCIe slot.

Power is 12 V DC on a DC barrel jack, and it comes with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter and power cord. The fanless metal housing operates from -20 °C to 60 °C, with storage from -30 °C to 70 °C and 30 to 90% humidity, non-condensing. The R12IE3S-IPM2WT is rated IP65 at the front and fits a panel cut-out with the supplied clips, with VESA optional. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
