Winmate R15IAN3S-SPC3 15″ Stainless Steel Panel PC with Quad-Core Intel N150 and M12 Connectors

Many washdown HMIs run one operator screen or a data-entry client, where a low-power processor is usually enough. The R15IAN3S-SPC3 is Winmate’s 15 inch stainless steel panel PC for that role: a fanless SUS 316 / AISI 316 housing sealed to IP65, with a true flat, edge-to-edge front, around a quad-core Intel Processor N150, and it is engineered for the food and chemical industries.

The N150 is a Twin Lake processor with four cores, 6 MB cache, up to 3.6 GHz and a 6 W TDP, with Intel UHD graphics. One DDR5 SO-DIMM holds 8 GB as standard with an option for 16 GB, and storage is a 128 GB SSD with options to 4 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 24.04 can be installed. The 15″ 1024 x 768 screen gives 300 nits and 2000:1 contrast under projected capacitive multi-touch with glove and rain modes, and optical bonding is an option.

Every connection is sealed: 12 V DC power, two USB 2.0 ports on one M12 connector and one RS-232 port on M12, plus a waterproof Gigabit LAN RJ45 connector. An AC adapter with a waterproof connector, external USB, COM and LAN cables and waterproof caps are supplied. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional. The R15IAD3S-SPC3 is the same 15 inch IP65 stainless design with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U and memory to 32 GB, and the R15L100-SPC3 is the matching stainless PCAP touch monitor for sites where the computer sits in a cabinet.

The R15IAN3S-SPC3 runs fanless from 0 °C to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -20 °C to 60 °C. It mounts on VESA as standard, with a yoke mount as an option, and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
