Winmate R15IAN3S-VMC3-P(HB) 15″ Vehicle Mount Panel PC with Intel Twin Lake N150 and MIL-STD-810G

A larger cab screen helps when drivers work through maps, manifests or warehouse screens with gloves on and in changing light. The R15IAN3S-VMC3-P(HB) is Winmate’s 15″ vehicle mount panel PC for warehouse logistics, fleet management and forklift operations, with an Intel Processor N150 and projected capacitive touch in a fanless die-cast aluminum housing with anti-corrosion treatment and a front IP65 rating.

The N150 is a low-power quad-core processor running at up to 3.6 GHz, which suits dispatch, warehouse management and telematics software. Memory is 8 GB as standard with a 16 GB option, and storage is a 128 GB SSD with options up to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 24.04 can be installed. The 15 inch display shows 1024 x 768 at 300 nits with 2000:1 contrast, with a 1,000 nit panel as an option, and a built-in ambient light sensor helps the screen suit day and night shifts.

Connections include two 2.5GbE ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port with DP Alt mode, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port, and an optional HDMI 2.0b output, with an M.2 2230 E-key slot for an optional Wi-Fi module. The R15IAD3S-VMC3(HB) is the 15 inch vehicle model with a 12th Gen Core i5-1235U, and the R15L100-VMC3-P(HB) is the matching PCAP vehicle monitor for cabs that already have a computer.

Power is an isolated 9 to 36 V DC input on a three-pin terminal block with ignition on/off delay, so the unit can start and shut down with the vehicle. The R15IAN3S-VMC3-P(HB) runs from -10 °C to 55 °C, is vibration tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 514.6 with shock to Method 516.6 as an option, mounts on VESA and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the operating system installed, and tested before dispatch.
