Winmate R15IE3S-65C3 15″ IP65 316 Stainless Steel Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211

Food and chemical lines are cleaned with water and detergents, so the HMI housing and its connectors have to be sealed and made from a grade of steel that resists corrosion. The R15IE3S-65C3 is Winmate’s 15 inch IP65 stainless steel panel PC: a fanless Intel Celeron N6211 computer and a 1024 x 768 screen in an SUS 316 housing sealed to IP65 as a whole unit.

The Intel Celeron N6211 is an Elkhart Lake processor running at up to 3.0 GHz, with the Celeron N6210 as an option. One DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM socket takes 4 GB as standard and 8 GB or 16 GB as options, and storage is a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD (up to 512 GB) with a 2.5 inch SATA bay available. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied. The 15 inch panel runs at 300 nits with 2000:1 contrast and 176° viewing angles. Resistive touch and optical bonding with anti-moisture treatment are both options, so the front can be specified as touch or protection glass only.

Every connection is sealed: one Gigabit Ethernet port on a waterproof RJ45 connector, two USB 2.0 ports on one M12 connector and an RS-232 port on M12, with matching waterproof cables and caps supplied. Optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth use antennas under sealed covers on the top edge. The R15IE3S-SPC3 is the flat-front PCAP version in the same 316 steel, and the R15IE3S-67C3ST steps up to IP67.

Power is 12 V DC on an M12 connector, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter with waterproof connector supplied. The R15IE3S-65C3 is fanless, operates from 0 °C to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 378 x 301 x 60 mm and mounts on 100 x 100 mm VESA or a yoke.
