Winmate R15IE3S-67C3(HB) 15″ Full IP67 Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211 and MIL-STD-810G

Outdoor terminals, plant on open yards and vehicle-mounted screens face rain, dust, cold and gloved hands all at once. The R15IE3S-67C3(HB) is Winmate’s 15″ G-WIN IP67 panel PC for those conditions: a 15 inch fanless computer in an aluminum die-cast housing with anti-corrosion treatment, sealed to full IP67, with a built-in ambient light sensor.

An Intel Celeron N6211 runs the system, a dual-core Elkhart Lake processor at up to 3.0 GHz with a 6.5 W TDP that suits HMI, data entry and light monitoring. Memory is 4 GB as standard with 8 GB or 16 GB options, storage is a 128 GB SSD with options up to 2 TB, and TPM 2.0 is on board. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed, with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth as options.

The 15 inch display is 1024 x 768 at 1000 nits with 2000:1 contrast and resistive touch bonded to the panel, which works with gloves; protection glass without touch is an option for display-only use. Two USB 2.0 ports share an M12 connector, RS-232 has its own M12 connector, and Gigabit LAN uses a waterproof RJ45. The R15IT3S-67C3(HB) is the same IP67 design with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7, and the R15IE3S-GSC3(HB) is a 15 inch full IP65 model with PCAP touch and M12 I/O.

Power is an isolated 9 to 36 V DC input on M12, with ignition on/off control and a 120 W AC adapter as options. The R15IE3S-67C3(HB) operates from -10 °C to 55 °C, or -40 °C to 55 °C with an intelligent heater, and is tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 for shock and Method 514.6 for vibration. It mounts on VESA, with a yoke mount stand optional, and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
