Winmate R15IE3S-PCC3AC-POE 15″ PCAP Touch Panel PC with Intel Elkhart Lake Celeron N6211 and PoE Power

Room information boards, access control stations and booking points in industrial and commercial buildings need a larger touch screen that still mounts flat on a wall and stays simple to cable. The R15IE3S-PCC3AC-POE is Winmate’s 15 inch S Series HMI panel PC for those points, with an Intel Celeron N6211 and a 15″ 1024 x 768 projected capacitive multi-touch display at 300 nits with 2000:1 contrast, plus built-in RGB LED status light bars on both sides. The light bars can show room or device status at a glance.

The Celeron N6211 runs at up to 3.0 GHz with 4 GB of memory as standard and 8 or 16 GB as options, which typically suits a booking client, a browser dashboard or a light HMI. Storage is a 128 GB SSD as standard on an M.2 2242 B-key SATA slot, with options up to 2 TB, and TPM 2.0 is on board. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed. An M.2 2230 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and an HF RFID reader at 13.56 MHz is optional for badge check-in.

Connections include two 2.5GbE ports on Intel controllers, one of them a PoE powered device port to IEEE 802.3at (25 W), two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port set to RS-232 by default, and two speakers. Within the Winmate range the R15MG3S-PCC3AC-POE is the same light bar housing with an Arm-based MediaTek Genio 510, and the R15IE3S-PCC3-POE is the same Celeron N6211 build without the light bars.

Power arrives over PoE, or from 12 V DC on a three-pin terminal block, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter, a terminal block adapter cable and an open-wire cable supplied. The fanless metal housing has a front IP65 rating and runs from 0 to 50 °C in non-condensing humidity. Wall mounting is standard and VESA mounting is optional, with VESA screws in the box. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the R15IE3S-PCC3AC-POE configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
