Winmate R15IE3S-SPC369 15″ IP69K 316 Stainless Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211 and Flat PCAP Touch

In meat, dairy and chemical plants the cleaning regime uses high-pressure, high-temperature water at close range, and that is the test an IP69K rating covers. The R15IE3S-SPC369 is Winmate’s 15 inch IP69K stainless steel panel PC: a fanless Intel Celeron N6211 computer behind a flat, edge-to-edge PCAP front in an SUS 316 housing sealed to IP69K as a whole unit.

The Intel Celeron N6211 is an Elkhart Lake processor running at up to 3.0 GHz, with the Celeron N6210 as an option. One DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM socket takes 4 GB as standard and 8 GB or 16 GB as options, and storage is a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD (up to 512 GB) with a 2.5 inch SATA bay available. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied. The 15 inch 1024 x 768 panel runs at 300 nits with 2000:1 contrast and 176° viewing angles, and projected capacitive multi-touch supports glove and rain modes, with optical bonding as an option.

Every connection is sealed: one Gigabit Ethernet port on a waterproof RJ45 connector, two USB 2.0 ports on one M12 connector and an RS-232 port on M12, with matching waterproof cables and caps supplied. An air vent valve sits on the rear connector plate. The R15IE3S-SPC3 is the IP65 version of this flat-front model for lighter cleaning, and the R17IE3S-SPM169 is the 17 inch IP69K model.

Power is 12 V DC on an M12 connector, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter with waterproof connector supplied. The R15IE3S-SPC369 is fanless, operates from 0 °C to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 378 x 301 x 56.4 mm, weighs 6.3 kg and mounts on 100 x 100 mm VESA or a yoke.
