Winmate R15IF7T-IPC3 15″ Front IP65 Panel PC with Intel Coffee Lake Core i3 to i7 and Resistive Touch

Operator stations beside a machine or packaging line need a screen that wipes down at the front while the electronics stay in the cabinet. The R15IF7T-IPC3 is Winmate’s 15 inch front IP65 panel PC: a 15″ XGA display and a 9th Gen Intel Core i3 to i7 computer in a metal housing that fits a cabinet door or console cut-out.

It takes 9th Gen Intel Core TE processors (Coffee Lake Refresh) on the Intel Q370 chipset: the Core i7-9700TE as standard at up to 3.8 GHz, with the Core i5-9500TE or Core i3-9100TE as options, which gives headroom for SCADA software. Two DDR4 SO-DIMM sockets take up to 64 GB, a 128 GB SSD sits on an M.2 M-key slot for NVMe or SATA, and two optional 2.5″ SATA III bays support RAID 0 and 1. The 15″ panel is 1024 x 768 at 300 nits with 2000:1 contrast, with resistive touch or protection glass as options. Windows or Linux Ubuntu 20.04 can be supplied.

Two Intel Gigabit Ethernet ports, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and one RS-232/422/485 plus one RS-232 port cover PLCs, scanners and serial instruments. DisplayPort 1.2 drives a second screen, with HDMI 1.4 optional, plus mic-in, line-out and two speakers. A PCIe 3.0 x16 slot takes an add-in card, and an M.2 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Within the Winmate range the R15IAD7T-IPC3 takes 12th or 14th Gen Intel Core processors up to the Core i9 in the same front IP65 design, and the R15IT3S-IPC3 is the front IP65 build with an Intel Core i5-1135G7.

Power is 12 V DC on a lockable four-pin DIN connector, and it comes with a 120 W AC adapter and power cord. The fan-cooled metal housing operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, which suits indoor cabinets and consoles. The R15IF7T-IPC3 is rated IP65 at the front and fits a panel cut-out with the supplied clips, with VESA optional. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
