Winmate R15IT3S-SPC3-R 15″ Stainless Steel Panel PC with 11th Gen Intel Core i5 and M12 Connectors

Food and chemical production areas are washed down often, and every gap on a screen collects residue. The R15IT3S-SPC3-R is Winmate’s 15 inch stainless steel panel PC for those lines: a SUS 316 / AISI 316 housing sealed to IP65, a true flat, edge-to-edge front that is easy to clean and a 15″ 1024 x 768 XGA projected capacitive multi-touch display at 300 nits with 2000:1 contrast. Glove and rain modes keep the touchscreen usable with gloved or wet hands, and optical bonding is an option.

Inside is an Intel Core i5-1135G7, a quad-core, eight-thread Tiger Lake processor at 2.4 GHz with turbo to 4.2 GHz and Intel Iris Xe graphics, which typically handles HMI and line data screens without a fan. One DDR4 SO-DIMM holds 4 GB as standard, with options of 8, 16 or 32 GB. A 128 GB SSD is standard with options to 4 TB, plus an optional 2.5″ SATA III drive up to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board and Wi-Fi with Bluetooth is optional, running Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04.

The connections are sealed for wash-down: one M12 connector carries two USB 2.0 ports, a second M12 connector carries RS-232, and Gigabit LAN uses a waterproof RJ45 connector on an Intel controller. Waterproof external cables and caps are supplied. The R15IT3S-SPC3 is the same PCAP design without the junction box, and the R15IAD3S-SPC3-R takes the same junction box design with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U.

The housing is sealed to IP65 against dust and water jets from any direction. A junction box is supplied, and the unit mounts on VESA as standard, with yoke and arm mounts as options. Power is 12 V DC on an M12 connector, and a 100 to 240 V AC adapter with a waterproof connector is supplied. It operates from 0 °C to 45 °C, stores from -20 °C to 60 °C and works at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, with CE and FCC marks. We supply the R15IT3S-SPC3-R configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
