Winmate R15IT7T-PPC3 15″ PCAP Panel Mount PC with Intel Core i5-1135G7 and Front IP65 Aluminum Bezel

An HMI on a cabinet door in a food hall, wash area or dusty workshop takes spray and cleaning on its face every shift, so the front has to be sealed while the electronics stay dry inside the enclosure. The R15IT7T-PPC3 is Winmate’s 15 inch PP series panel PC: an aluminium-bezelled panel mount computer with PCAP multi-touch and a front IP65 water and dust proof rating.

It runs an Intel Core i5-1135G7 with 8 MB cache at up to 4.2 GHz, and the vPro Intel Core i5-1145G7 is an option. One DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM holds 4 GB as standard with options to 32 GB, or a two-socket build reaches 64 GB. Storage is one M.2 slot for a 2242 SATA or 2280 NVMe SSD from 128 GB, with NVMe options to 4 TB and an optional SATA III drive. The 1024 x 768 display is rated at 300 nits with a 2000:1 contrast ratio and 176° viewing angles, and the projected capacitive multi-touch screen suits quick taps and swipes. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied.

Behind the panel are four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port, two Gigabit Ethernet ports on Intel controllers, a DisplayPort 1.4 output with HDMI 2.0 as an option, and mic-in and line-out. An M.2 E-key slot takes an optional Wi-Fi module, and TPM 2.0 is on board. The R15IT7T-POC3 is the open frame version for OEM enclosures, and the R17IT7T-PPM1 is the 17 inch PP series model.

Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter rated at 120 W supplied. The R15IT7T-PPC3 is fan cooled, operates from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity non-condensing and stores from -20 to 60 °C, with CE and FCC marks. It measures 420 x 320 x 68 mm, fits a 388 x 280 mm cut-out and also mounts on 75 x 75 or 100 x 100 mm VESA.
