Winmate R17IF7T-CHM1 17″ Chassis Panel PC with Intel Core i7-9700TE and 5:4 SXGA Screen

Some HMIs run more than a line screen: vision checks, local databases or several applications at once, often with a card that needs a real PCIe slot. The R17IF7T-CHM1 is Winmate’s 17 inch chassis panel PC for that work, with a 9th Gen Intel Core i7-9700TE, a PCIe 3.0 x16 slot and a metal housing that mounts on VESA, offered as a standalone model.

The 17 inch panel runs at 1280 x 1024 in a 5:4 shape, with 350 nits, a 1000:1 contrast ratio and 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angles. Resistive touch or protection glass without touch are options, so the front can suit gloved input or a display-only role. The Intel Core i7-9700TE runs at up to 3.8 GHz, with the Core i5-9500TE or i3-9100TE as options and a B360 chipset (Q370 with vPro as an option). DDR4-2400 memory starts at 4 GB on one SO-DIMM and reaches 64 GB across two as an option. A 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD is standard, with an M.2 NVMe SSD up to 2 TB and two 2.5 inch SATA bays with RAID 0 and 1 as options, plus TPM 2.0 and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 20.04.

Two Gigabit LAN ports, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port connect the plant floor, with DisplayPort 1.2 for a second screen and HDMI 1.4 as an option. Mic in, line out and two speakers handle alarms, and a PCIe 3.0 x16 slot plus M.2 M-key and E-key slots take expansion cards, NVMe storage and Wi-Fi. The R19IF7T-CHA1 is the 19 inch build of this design, and the W22IF7T-CHA3 moves to a 21.5 inch full HD screen.

Power is 12 V DC on a lockable 4-pin DIN connector, with a 12 V 120 W adapter supplied. The R17IF7T-CHM1 is fan-cooled, operates from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 394 x 332 x 74 mm, weighs 6.3 kg and mounts on 75 x 75 or 100 x 100 mm VESA.
