Winmate R19IE3S-SPM169 19″ IP69K Stainless Steel Washdown Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211 and PCAP

Hot, high-pressure cleaning finds any gap in a housing, so a washdown HMI has to be sealed as a whole unit, not just at the front. The R19IE3S-SPM169 is Winmate’s 19 inch answer: a SUS 316 / AISI 316 stainless steel housing sealed to IP69K, a true flat, edge-to-edge PCAP front and a fanless Intel Celeron N6211, sold as a standalone model.

The 19 inch panel runs at 1280 x 1024 in a 5:4 shape, with 250 nits, a 1000:1 contrast ratio and 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angles. Multi-touch PCAP with glove and rain modes lets staff work with wet or gloved hands, and optical bonding is an option. The Intel Celeron N6211 runs at up to 3.0 GHz (the N6210 is an option), with one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM holding 4 GB as standard and 8 GB or 16 GB as options, a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD that can go to 512 GB and an optional 2.5 inch SATA bay for up to 1 TB. That covers HMI software, recipe screens and data logging, with TPM 2.0 on board and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 as options.

Every connection is sealed: one Gigabit LAN port on a waterproof RJ45 connector, two USB 2.0 ports on a single M12 connector and one RS-232 port on M12, with waterproof adapter cables and caps supplied. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional, with antenna covers on the top edge. An air vent valve sits on the rear I/O plate. The R19IE3S-SPM1 is the same design sealed to IP65 for areas that are wiped rather than hosed, and the R17IE3S-SPM169 is the 17 inch IP69K build.

Power is 12 V DC on an M12 connector, with an AC adapter supplied. The R19IE3S-SPM169 is fanless, operates from 0 to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 468 x 395 x 57 mm and mounts on 100 x 100 mm VESA or a yoke.
