Winmate R19IT7T-CHA2WT 19″ Wide Temperature Chassis Panel PC with Intel Core i5-1135G7 and SXGA

In an unheated warehouse, cold store antechamber or hot plant room, a standard 0 to 50 °C computer can refuse to start or throttle. The R19IT7T-CHA2WT is Winmate’s 19 inch wide temperature chassis panel PC: a fanless metal-housed computer with a built-in 5:4 display, rated to operate from -20 to 60 °C and designed for a VESA arm, wall bracket or desk stand.

It runs an Intel Core i5-1135G7, a Tiger Lake processor from 2.4 GHz up to 4.2 GHz, with the vPro i5-1145G7E listed as an alternative. Memory starts at one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM with 4 GB and can grow to 64 GB across two sockets, while storage is an M.2 NVMe SSD from 128 GB up to 2 TB plus an optional 2.5 inch SATA bay. The 1280 x 1024 screen is rated at 350 nits with a 1000:1 contrast ratio and 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angles. Resistive touch or plain protection glass can be specified, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied as the operating system image.

The rear carries four USB 3.2 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port, two Gigabit Ethernet ports on Intel controllers, a DisplayPort 1.4 output with HDMI 2.0 as an option, and mic-in and line-out. An M.2 E-key slot takes a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module, and a PCIe 4.0 x16 slot (x4 signal) takes an add-in card such as extra serial, fieldbus or capture I/O. The R19IT7T-CHA1 is the 0 to 50 °C version with a 400 nit screen, and the R15IT7T-CHA3WT is the 15 inch wide temperature model.

Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter rated at 120 W supplied. The R19IT7T-CHA2WT stores from -25 to 65 °C, operates at 30 to 90% humidity non-condensing and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 432 x 363 x 70 mm, weighs 7.0 kg and mounts on 75 x 75 or 100 x 100 mm VESA.
