Winmate R19IT7T-PPM1 19″ Panel Mount HMI with 11th Gen Intel Core i5, PCAP Touch and SXGA Display

A 19 inch 5:4 HMI often runs a full SCADA client on a control desk, with a second screen and several peripherals plugged in. The R19IT7T-PPM1 is Winmate’s 19 inch PP series panel mount HMI for that role, with a 19″ 1280 x 1024 PCAP multi-touch screen at 250 nits, an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 and a PCIe slot for an extra card.

The Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz and Intel Iris Xe graphics. Two non-ECC SO-DIMM sockets take up to 64 GB of memory, and a 128 GB NVMe SSD sits in an M.2 2280 M-key slot with options to 4 TB, plus an optional 2.5″ SATA III drive. The PCIe 4.0 x16 slot, wired with x4 signals, can take an I/O or fieldbus card where the R19IT7T-PPM1 has to talk to more of the machine. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04.

Connections include one 2.5GbE and one Gigabit LAN port on Intel controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port (RS-232 by default) and one RS-232 port, DisplayPort 1.4 with optional HDMI 2.0 for a second screen, and mic in and line out. An M.2 2230 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Within the Winmate range the R19IT3S-PPM1 is the slimmer 19 inch PP model with two 2.5GbE ports and no PCIe slot, and the R19IT7T-GCM1 puts this processor in a G-WIN housing tested to MIL-STD-810G shock and vibration methods.

Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter rated at 120 W and a power cord supplied. The fanless aluminum housing runs from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and is rated IP65 at the front, so the rear belongs inside a cabinet. Panel mounting with the supplied clips is standard and VESA mounting is optional, with VESA screws in the box. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the R19IT7T-PPM1 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
