Winmate W10IE3S-SPH2-B 10.1″ IP65 Stainless Steel PCAP Panel PC with Emergency Stop and Intel Celeron N6211

On a small machine the HMI, the emergency stop and the start and stop buttons often share one compact panel, and building that from separate parts in stainless steel takes time. The W10IE3S-SPH2-B arrives with them fitted: Winmate’s 10.1 inch stainless steel panel PC with an emergency stop, three flat buttons and a touch-mode rotary switch below a PCAP screen, a SUS 316 / AISI 316 housing rated IP65 and a fanless Intel Celeron N6211, as a standalone model.

The 10.1 inch panel runs at 1280 x 800 with 350 nits, an 800:1 contrast ratio and 170° viewing angles both ways. The rotary switch sets the PCAP screen for hand, rain or glove use, and optical bonding is an option. The Intel Celeron N6211 is standard, with the N6210 as an option, alongside one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM holding 4 GB as standard and 8 GB or 16 GB as options, a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD that can go to 512 GB and an optional 2.5 inch SATA bay for up to 1 TB. That covers HMI software and data logging, with TPM 2.0 on board and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise SAC, Windows 11 Pro, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 as options.

The emergency stop and the blue, red and green flat buttons are wired to two M12 connectors, CN1 and CN2, for your control circuit. One M12 connector carries one USB 2.0 port and Gigabit LAN together, with an RJ45 converter supplied, and RS-232 has its own M12 connector. The R19IE3S-SPM1-B puts the same controls beside a 19 inch screen, and the W22IE3S-SPA3-B beside a 21.5 inch one.

Power is 12 V DC on an M12 connector, with 9 to 36 V DC as an option. The W10IE3S-SPH2-B is fanless, operates from 0 to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 293 x 250 x 69 mm and mounts on 75 x 75 mm VESA.
