Winmate W12IAD3S-VMM9(HB) 12.1″ Vehicle Mount Panel PC with Intel Core i5-1235U and MIL-STD-810G

Screens fitted to forklifts, fleet vehicles and field equipment take vibration, wide supply swings and a damp cab or yard as part of the job. The W12IAD3S-VMM9(HB) is Winmate’s 12.1″ vehicle mount panel PC for transportation, logistics and field operations, pairing a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U with a 1280 x 800 display in a fanless aluminum housing with anti-corrosion treatment and a front IP65 rating.

The Core i5-1235U runs at up to 4.4 GHz, which gives useful headroom for fleet, logistics and HMI software running alongside a browser. Memory is one DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM with 8 GB as standard and options of 16 GB or 32 GB. Storage is a 256 GB NVMe SSD on an M.2 2280 M-key socket, with options up to 2 TB, and TPM 2.0 is on board. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed.

Connections include two 2.5GbE ports on Intel Ethernet controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port for scanners, printers and vehicle controllers, and an optional HDMI 2.0 output. An M.2 2230 E-key slot takes an optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module for links back to the depot. The W12IAN3S-VMM9(HB) is the same 12.1 inch housing with an Intel Processor N150, a USB-C port and a 10 to 60 V DC input, and the R10IAD3S-VMT2(HB) is the 10.4 inch vehicle model with the same Core i5-1235U.

Power is an isolated 9 to 36 V DC input on a three-pin terminal block, with optional ignition on/off delay so the computer follows the vehicle key; a 100 to 240 V AC adapter is optional. The W12IAD3S-VMM9(HB) runs from -10 °C to 55 °C, is vibration tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 514.6 with shock to Method 516.6 as an option, mounts on VESA and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the operating system installed, and tested before dispatch.
