Winmate W15IE3S-PPB2 14.9″ Panel Mount HMI with Intel Celeron N6211 and PCAP Touch

A wide, shallow touch screen fits where a standard panel will not: along a control console, above a row of machine controls or beside a meeting room door. The W15IE3S-PPB2 is Winmate’s 14.9 inch PP Series HMI panel PC for those spaces, with an Intel Celeron N6211 and a 14.9″ 1920 x 720 projected capacitive multi-touch display at 950 nits with 1000:1 contrast. The high-brightness panel typically stays readable in brightly lit rooms and production areas.

The Celeron N6211 runs at up to 3.0 GHz, with a Celeron N6210 as an option, and one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM takes 4 GB as standard or 8 or 16 GB as options. Storage is a 128 GB M.2 2242 B-key SSD as standard, with options up to 512 GB, plus an optional 2.5″ SATA III drive up to 1 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04, and an optional mini PCIe slot takes a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module.

Connections include two Gigabit LAN ports on Intel controllers, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 and one USB 2.0 Type-A port, one RS-232/422/485 port and one RS-232 port for PLCs and serial devices, and two speakers. HDMI 1.4 is optional for a second display. Within the Winmate range the W15L100-PPB2 is the panel mount touch monitor with the same 950 nit 1920 x 720 panel, and the W12IE3S-PPB1 is the 12.3 inch wide-format model at 1000 nits.

Power is 12 V DC on a DC jack, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter supplied. The fanless slim metal housing has a front IP65 rating and runs from 0 to 50 °C in non-condensing humidity. It panel mounts with the clips supplied or fits a VESA mount with the screws in the box, and it carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the W15IE3S-PPB2 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
