Winmate W15IT7T-PPA4 15.6″ Front IP65 Panel Mount PC with Intel Core i5-1135G7 and PCAP Touch

Where a panel PC is set into a cabinet door on the production floor, the front has to take splashes and cleaning while the operator works on a responsive touch screen. The W15IT7T-PPA4 is Winmate’s 15.6 inch front IP65 panel mount PC for this: projected capacitive multi-touch on a 1920 x 1080 screen, a front IP65 water and dust rating and an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor in an aluminum housing that fits a cabinet cut-out.

The Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz, and a vPro-enabled Core i5 is offered as an option for remote management. Memory is one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM with 4 GB as standard and up to 32 GB, or an optional two-SO-DIMM layout up to 64 GB, and one M.2 M-key socket takes a 2242 SATA or 2280 NVMe SSD from 128 GB, up to 4 TB on NVMe, with an optional SATA III drive. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied. The 15.6 inch panel shows 1920 x 1080 at 300 nits with an 800:1 contrast ratio and 170° horizontal and vertical viewing angles.

On the underside are two Gigabit LAN ports on Intel controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port, DisplayPort 1.4 with optional HDMI 2.0, and mic in and line out. An optional M.2 E-key slot takes a Wi-Fi module for wireless links. The W15IT7T-POA4 is the open frame model with the same 15.6 inch PCAP screen, and the W15IT7T-PMA2 is the panel mount model with resistive touch as an option.

Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector, with a 12 V 120 W adapter supplied. The W15IT7T-PPA4 operates from 0 °C to 50 °C, stores from -20 °C to 60 °C and carries CE and FCC marks, which suits indoor production areas, retail and public spaces. It measures 415 x 275 x 72 mm and fits a 375 x 238 mm cut-out with the supplied mounting clips, or mounts on 75 or 100 mm VESA.
