Winmate W22IE3S-SPA369 21.5″ Full HD IP69K Stainless Steel Washdown Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211

Wide screens on a washdown line usually mean a monitor inside a separate stainless box, which adds seams to clean. The W22IE3S-SPA369 puts the whole computer behind one flat front instead: Winmate’s 21.5 inch panel PC with a full HD PCAP screen, a SUS 316 / AISI 316 stainless steel enclosure sealed to full IP69K and a fanless Intel Celeron N6211, offered as a standalone model.

The panel runs at 1920 x 1080 with 250 nits, a 3000:1 contrast ratio and 178° viewing angles horizontally and vertically, so staff can read it from along the line. PCAP multi-touch with glove and rain modes copes with wet or gloved hands, and optical bonding is an option. The Intel Celeron N6211 runs at up to 3.0 GHz (the N6210 is an option), with one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM holding 4 GB as standard and 8 GB or 16 GB as options, a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD that can go to 512 GB and an optional 2.5 inch SATA bay for up to 1 TB. That covers HMI software, recipe screens and data logging, with TPM 2.0 on board and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 as options.

Every connection is sealed: one Gigabit LAN port on a waterproof RJ45 connector, two USB 2.0 ports on a single M12 connector and one RS-232 port on M12, with waterproof adapter cables and caps supplied. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional, with antenna covers on the top edge. An air vent valve sits on the rear I/O plate. The W22IE3S-SPA3 is the same design sealed to IP65, and the W24IE3S-SPA269 takes IP69K sealing to a 23.8 inch screen.

Power is 12 V DC on an M12 connector, with an AC adapter supplied. The W22IE3S-SPA369 is fanless, operates from 0 to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 541 x 337 x 56.2 mm and mounts on 200 x 100 mm VESA or a yoke.
